Dingboche
Dingboche, 4350 metres, -3 degrees celcius, 20-21 November
-Muha had diarrhoea, but after a few visits to the loo and a litre of ORS, it disappeared.
-The altitude really hit us here, even a trip to the loo left us exhausted. Poor Muha!
-Surprisingly the walk up to Dingboche was less tiring than the first three days of the trek.
-Beautiful but bleak landscape as the clouds crept up the valley and envoloped the mostly barren surroundings.
-An enjoyable day trip to Bibre, a few kilometres up the valley, and the walk back to Dingboche was done in record time! We both felt fit, healthy and ready for more high-altitude action. Not a trace of altitude sickness anywhere!

I think I will never ever fall in love with another human being again. It's better to be in love with a mountain or a place as amazing as this. At least, it will never cheat you, it will always be there for you to return to again and again, and it will never leave you just 'cos it was confused about its sexuality.
Al once asked me whether surfing is a substitute for sex or whether sex is actually a substitute for surfing! I would like to settle for the latter argument. Surfing is muuuch better than sex I can say!
Watching movies makes me cry. So I don't think it's a good substitute for sex. Sex is supposed to make you happy, dho!!!
hmm hilath.... tears of joyous fullfilment perhaps ;)
lol... i guess hilath has a way of turning everything sexy.. even Al's blog... but its all good i suppose.. coz they get a real kick frm the comments.. :)
It's true. Everything about humans is sexual. Humans inherently radiate sexuality. Did you know that according to scientific research, not five minutes pass without a sexual thought of some form in the human mind. I guess that's why everything has to be seen in relation to sex. Sex sells. Otherwise, why is Claudia Schiffer seen nude in the advertisement for a car? Plus a lot of my female friends (and some male) watch World Cup and Euro only when the Italian soccer boys play. Why? You have the answer there. Hmm...Sharif, the only reason I can think of why sex makes people cry is that sometimes it hurts when it's not done in the correct way. Ahem!
I just noticed that the name Al gave for this post is "Dingboche". Sounds very much like the title of an adult film. No wonder this post is jammed with adult comments from everyone.
